Description:

58-year-old men, tumour of the descended testis. Gross findings: Testis measuring 21x12,5x12 cm, parenchyma completely substituted by pink to tan-gray tumoral proliferation, limited to testis, with foci of cystic change, necrosis and punctate  haemorrhage.
